PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Must be at least 21 years old to rent.
Arrival instructions & parking permit will be sent when your final payment clears.
25% due at time of reservation or within 7 days, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Refunds given for cancellations greater than 30 days less 10% of rental fee.
No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless unit can be re-rented less 10% of rental fee.
Hawaii Transient Occupancy Tax and GE tax of 14.42% added to all rentals.
This is a nonsmoking building, smokers must go to the parking lot.
Free parking for one vehicle, additional vehicles must park off site.
$125 cleaning fee payable upon departure by cash or check.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.
There is no daily housekeeping services.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN US DOLLARS.
